Let Team Hernandez Work for You!
Team Hernandez has sold more than 300 homes in the past 36 months, which means we make sure it’s done right. If you’re serious about buying or selling a home, we are serious about getting the job done the right way THE FIRST TIME!
Our buyers feel comfortable moving forward with confidence. Why? We offer all our buyers a “Love it or Leave it Guarantee.” We guarantee, in writing, if our buyer is not happy with their home after 18 months of owning it, we buy it back from them.
This is perfect for sellers as well, because the buyer of YOUR home has complete confidence during this transaction to move forward and perform. We offer them a no-risk guarantee.*
Manny Hernandez has sold more than 500 homes since 2007, and is one of the top 5% of Real Estate Agents in Northwest Indiana.
